Photos, floor plans and a viewing of the actual apartment. Genvi JSC is the seller; review the price, inventory and documents before the transaction.
Keep your plans flexible
Stay yourself or arrange rental management. If your plans change, you can put the apartment up for sale.
More time by the sea. Less to arrange.
Plans can change. An apartment in Batumi gives you a place for holidays or longer stays, with the option to rent it out when you are away.
Personal stays and rental periods are agreed with the management company around existing bookings. Rental returns and price appreciation are not guaranteed.

Agree your personal stays
Personal use, confirmed bookings, service and payments are governed by the management agreement.
Mortgage purchase — subject to bank approval
Georgia has mortgage programmes for foreign buyers. The bank assesses the borrower and the selected property separately; approval, down payment and interest rate are individual. GENVI does not guarantee a loan.
